“Good service”

“这家蒙巴萨临海的酒店是朋友推荐我们来的，确实不错，服务很热情友好，离海边超级近，整个度假村很大很方便，各项设施很全面，潜店就在海边，浮潜体验很好，船上服务人员很不错，我的手机丢在餐厅幸好有工作人员帮我保存，总之是个不错的地方。”

“The room was clean and in good condition. When we arrived we asked about laundry service, but they would not tell us the price. We had to have laundry done and the cost was over $120 for one large load of laundry. The whole place smelled of sewage and the toilet in our room leaked. The water for the shower was salty, there was no fresh water to shower or wash with. When we asked about bottled water, they would only provide 500ml/ person per day. They told us we could buy water for the water……

“Front office staff was amazing! However, upon check in they tried to give me a room with a garden view instead of sea view room I had paid for. Had to ask for it to be sorted. Room was dusty, with cobwebs. On the last day there was no running water. Do not disturb sign on my front door was disregarded had maintenance knocked on my door at 6am. Awful experience!”
